		<description>The key to excellent rice is to rinse it repeatedly (as many times as it takes) until the water runs clear.  Brown rice is best soaked afterwards in hot water for 10 minutes, then drained before cooking.  If you&#039;re a rice addict, Japanese rice maker is the only way to fry!</description>
